- Your loved one’s first and last name (love related spells only)
- Your loved one’s date of birth
- A picture of your loved one
- Details regarding your case that you need me to consider
- If your case includes another person (e.g. Break-up Spell, Friendship Spell, etc.) please send their names and pictures to my email address.
